NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

before the FRIDAY HARBOR TOWN COUNCIL

regarding AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND USE REGULATIONS - FRIDAY HARBOR MUNICIPAL CODE

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The Town of Friday Harbor Town Council has proposed revisions to Title 17 - Land Use Regulations of the Friday Harbor Municipal Code, prepared in compliance with the Growth Management Act (RCW 36.70(A)).

HEARING DATE AND LOCATION:  The Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review the proposed amendments to Title 17 - Land Use Regulations of the Friday Harbor Municipal Code at 5:35 PM, Thursday, August 20, 2009 in the Town Council Chambers located at 60 Second Street N., Friday Harbor, Washington. Copies of the documents are available for public review here or by contacting the Town’s Community Development Department at 360.378.2810.
