REGARDING ANNEXATION AND ZONING OF LAND CONCERNING
THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION
WITHIN THE TOWN OF FRIDAY HARBOR URBAN GROWTH AREA
LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION: A portion of the NE Quarter of the NW
Quarter, and a portion of the SE Quarter of the NW Quarter, Section 14, Township
35 North, Range 3 West, W. M., which lies Westerly of Browne Street.
The
subject properties consist of approximately 4.09 acres and lays westerly of the
existing Town of Friday Harbor limits. The property is known as tax parcel
#351421003.

HEARING
DATE AND LOCATION: The Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review

in the Town Council Chambers, located at 60 Second Street, Friday Harbor, WA.
