NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

before THE FRIDAY HARBOR TOWN COUNCIL

regarding ANNEXATION AND ZONING OF LAND CONCERNING THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION
WITHIN THE TOWN OF FRIDAY HARBOR URBAN GROWTH AREA

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION:  A portion of the NE Quarter of the NW Quarter, and a portion of the SE Quarter of the NW Quarter, Section 14, Township 35 North, Range 3 West, W. M., which lies Westerly of Browne Street.

The subject properties consist of approximately 4.09 acres and lays westerly of the existing Town of Friday Harbor limits.  The property is known as tax parcel #351421003.

PETITIONERS: Country Village, LLC (Robert H. Ross and Julie M. Ross) – PO Box 2968, Friday Harbor, Washington 98250

HEARING DATE AND LOCATION:  The Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review the above proposed annexation and zoning at 5:30 PM, Thursday, July 16, 2009 in the Town Council Chambers, located at 60 Second Street, Friday Harbor, WA.  Copies of the documents are available for public review here or by contacting the Town’s Department of Community Development at 360-378-2810 after July 2nd.
