NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL FOR GRANTING A RENEWAL TO THE FRANCHISE TO USE THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL:  The Town Council of Friday Harbor will review an application for renewal of the franchise to use the Town’s public right of way to operate and maintain a cable television system.

LOCATION:  All public right of way within the Town corporate limits.

The Town Council will hold a CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING to review this FRANCHISE RENEWAL APPLICATION at 12:05 PM, Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Town Hall, 60 Second Street, Friday Harbor, Washington.  Additional information about the proposal is available for public review here, or at Town Hall.
