NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

before the Friday Harbor Planning Commission regarding a Planned Residential Development Application

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL:  The Town of Friday Harbor’s Community Development Department has received a Planned Residential Development application from Pacific Synergy Group LLC.  The subject parcel is approximately 6.39 acres in size and is known as “Friday Cove.”  The applicants are proposing to divide the acreage into 24 separate tax parcels, creating 23 multi-family residential zoned lots, open space, and common areas.

PROPONENT:  Pacific Synergy Group LLC, William Weissinger – Authorized Agent, 425-B Caines Street, Friday Harbor, WA  98250

LOCATION:  572-576 University Road, Tax Parcel #351192401

HEARING DATE & LOCATION:  The Town Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review the Planned Residential Development request at 5:30 PM, Thursday, August 14, 2008, in the Town Council Chambers, located at 60 Second Street North, Friday Harbor, Washington.  Copies of documents are available for public review, here, or on request, at the Town of Friday Harbor’s Community Development Department.
