NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGbefore the Friday Harbor Planning Commission regarding a Planned Residential Development Application DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The Town of Friday Harbor’s Community Development Department has received a Planned Residential Development application from Pacific Synergy Group LLC. The subject parcel is approximately 6.39 acres in size and is known as “Friday Cove.” The applicants are proposing to divide the acreage into 24 separate tax parcels, creating 23 multi-family residential zoned lots, open space, and common areas.
