NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL

FOR A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION APPLICATION

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The Town Council of Friday Harbor having received a Petition for the Vacation for a portion of Front Street lying north westerly of Spring Street, Friday Harbor, WA.

PROPONENT: Port of Friday Harbor, P.O. Box 889, Friday Harbor, WA 98250

LOCATION: Lease areas "E" & "F" on Book 25 of Surveys Pages 21, 21A, 21B at AFN 20170630045 being a portion of Front Street in Gould’s Acre Addition to Friday Harbor in Tract 2, Section 11, Township 35N, Range 3W, WM.

The Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review this VACATION APPLICATION at 12:00 PM, THURSDAY, February 1, 2018 in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall, 60 Second Street, Friday Harbor, Washington. Additional information about the proposal is available for public review, on request, by contacting Mike Bertrand in the Community Development Department at 360-378-2810.
