Notice of Rezone Application No. 71 Proposing an Amendment to the 2018 Zoning Designation Map

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The Town of Friday Harbor has received a request from the Proponents to rezone property currently zoned as Professional Service to Commercial:

The subject property is identified as Tax Parcel Number 351491511 and is located at 660 Spring Street, which includes a main structure of approximately 28,300 ft2 on a 2.49Ī acre lot. The San Juan County Assessorís Office describes this parcel as NE 16 EX IMP 91541 & 91542 Sec 14, T 35N, R 3W, records of San Juan County, Washington.

HEARING DATE AND LOCATION: The Friday Harbor Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to review the Proponentsí request to amend the 2018 Zoning Designation Map at 5:30 PM, Thursday, April 5, 2018 in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 60 Second Street South, Friday Harbor, Washington.  Copies of documents are available for public review here or by contacting the Town of Friday Harborís Community Development Department.
