NOTICE OF APPLICATION & COMPLETENESS and
NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
The Town of Friday Harbor has deemed the following Planned
Residential Development (PRD) Application and SEPA Checklist complete. The
application, received by Pacific Synergy Group LLC and known as Friday Cove, is
proposing to subdivide property that is zoned multi-family and is approximately
6.39 acres in size. The PRD if granted would create 24 lots with 22 residential
lots. The property is known as tax parcel #351192401 and is located on
University Road, Friday Harbor, Washington.
30 DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: May 28th to June 26th, 2008.
To make written comments on this proposal, please mail or hand deliver specific
comments to: Land Use Administrator, Michael Bertrand, Town of Friday Harbor
Community Development Department, 60 Second Street, or PO Box 219, Friday
Harbor, WA 98250 no later than 4:30 PM June 26, 2008. If you have questions on
the proposal, contact the Town at 360-378-2810 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM,
Monday through Friday.
The Town of Friday Harbor as lead agency for this proposal
has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse
impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not
required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a
completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the lead
agency. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is
issued under WAC 197-11-340.
