The Town of Friday Harbor has deemed the following Rezone Application complete: The Application received from OJC Properties, Inc. requests a rezone of their property to amend the developerís agreement to allow for one additional dwelling unit. The property is identified as Tax Parcel Number 351492008 and is located at 825 Argyle Avenue, Friday Harbor, Washington.

30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD:  June 21 to July 21, 2017. To make written comments on this proposal, please mail or hand deliver specific comments no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 21, 2017 to:  Land Use Administrator, Mike Bertrand, Town of Friday Harbor Community Development Department, 60 Second Street or P.O. Box 219, Friday Harbor, WA 98250.
