Members of the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) shall serve terms of two years. The terms shall be staggered. Members of the HPRB shall be appointed by the Council.

Election of officers shall take place once each year on the occasion of the first meeting in April of each calendar year. The term of office of each officer shall run until the subsequently election.
