Yard Waste Recycling Program

The Town is starting a Yard Waste Recycling Program. You will be able to put out your yard debris monthly. Cost will be $1.04 for every 32 gallon can. Pick-up will be the third Thursday of every month.

Yard waste will be collected monthly from subscribers.  You can put yard waste in:

• Cans with handles & lids (32-gallon, 65 lb limit), or

• Reusable polywoven or paper yard waste bags, or

• Bundles - 3' X 2' X 2' limit

No plastic bags or plastic twine

Yard waste includes:

• Weeds (please knock off as much dirt as possible)

• Leaves

• Vines

• Grass clippings

• Pruning's (no bigger than 3" in diameter and 36" long)

Yard waste DOES NOT include:

• Oversized branches

• Dirt

• Sod

• Stumps

• Rocks

• Household garbage

• Metal

• Animal waste

• Ashes
