Typical Sludge Dryer Schedule

Dryer run days are typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays as follows:

5:30 AM Fill Cycle

6:20 AM Dry Cycle

8:35 AM Discharge Cycle (Most Odorous Time)

8:40 AM Fill Cycle

9:30 AM Dry Cycle

11:45 AM Discharge Cycle (Most Odorous Time)

11:50 AM Fill Cycle

12:40 PM Dry Cycle

2:55 PM Discharge Cycle (Most Odorous Time)

Occasionally we run four loads in a day with the following times:

3:00 PM Fill Cycle

3:50 PM Dry Cycle

6:05 PM Discharge Cycle (Most Odorous Time)

These times are typical; however are subject to change depending on quantity and moisture content of the sludge to be dried. Most changes will only cause times to fluctuate by a half hour or less from the normal cycle times.
